Miss Kathryns - Founder & Director of All Stars Performing Arts

Kathryn started dancing at the age of 3, attending ballet, tap, modern and jazz classes at her local dance school. She soon realised she had a passion for everything within the world of performing arts.

Kathryn first appeared on stage when she was 4 years of age in her first ballet Capella. At age 6 she appeared in her first professional performance at a theatre in the midlands, UK. Throughout her childhood she performed and took part in many events, festivals and performances from dance to musical theatre around the country and world including New York City in the USA. Kathryn was a member of the English Youth Ballet throughout her childhood where she performed in various performances including The Nutracker.

In her mid teens Kathryn auditioned for and was given a full scholarship to a top performing arts college where she trained for 3 years. Kathryn performed professionally in shows such as Smokey Joes Cafe, Rent, Elegies, Cinderella, Aladdin & Fiddler on the roof to name a just few in various areas around the country.

Kathryns passion only ever grows for performing arts and she soon came to realise how dance, acrobatics, musical theatre, drama and singing helps build confidence and self belief. Being able to perform, to excel, to release through performing arts is an amazing way to celebrate being who you are and Kathryns dream is to share that love and dedication with our community.

Not only has she gained qualifications in musical theatre, dance & acrobatics training but has also delved into confidence gaining and self esteem boosting through drama and dance. She is a qualified movement therapist and yoga teacher, as well as a professional and imaginative dramatic arts teacher.

Miss Vicky - Singing and Music Teacher

I joined the National Conservatoire of Music in Athens at the age of 11 after my grandparents insisted I should and nagging my parents to sign me up. Meanwhile I did GCSE and A level in Music at secondary school. I expanded my dance lessons to latin at the same time in order to be more versatile. I have been practising music for over 15 years now and studied it for 8 years from 2001 until 2009. I have done grade 8 music theory, grade 8 singing, grade 6 guitar and grade 6 piano, as well as 2 years choir management at the National Conservatoire of Music in Athens. As a teenager, I took part in several professional musicals, concerts and shows and participated in a small, professional video clip, sang on popular (in Greece) tv shows and wrote/recorded my own songs. In addition, I was in the X factor of Greece at the age of 17. I started teaching music just over 5 years ago, but have been a professional performer for 15 years. I have participated in radio stations both in Greece and England and I currently teach music in 5 schools.
